SEATING: Seat positioning on the coach is on a first come, first served basis on the day. You can guarantee a particular position on the coach by paying £1.50 per seat to reserve it in your name.

PAYMENT: All seats can be secured for any outings by placing a non-refundable £5.00 deposit per person. FULL PAYMENT for each outing must be made 4 weeks prior to the trip. If payment is not received then the tickets will be re-sold and deposits lost.

CANCELLATION: You are free to cancel your booking for a refund less the £5 per person deposit paid. No refund can be made for event tickets, meals or admission fees which may have been bought and paid for in advance. We regret no refund can be given for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to departure.

We reserve the right to alter excursions, times and prices or cancel any excursion listed at any time.
