Book a Pop-Up Food Stall

*Please note: All food stalls MUST have a valid food hygiene certificate and you must have proof of this*. Bookings found not to be compliant will be cancelled and you will not be entitled to a refund.

We offer a covered space at Garden King for small local businesses to hold pop-ups.The space we offer for the stalls set up is 2 metre x 2 metre. Maximum height of 3m. Stalls must provide their own tables and fit within 2 metre x 2 metre. We will advertise the stall for you the evening before your booked date on our popular Facebook page if receiving the needed information on time.  We do not offer electricity.

Our opening hours in 2026 until Sunday 15th February: Monday to Saturday 9am until 5pm and Sundays 10am until 4:30pm. From Monday 16th February 2026 our centre will be open Monday to Saturday 9am until 6pm and Sundays 10am until 4:30pm. Pop-ups can be set up and sell any time between these advertised hours on their booked day. 

Please note we cannot guarantee where the covered space will be within our store until the day of your booking.

Changing your booking & cancellations: If you login or create an account during checkout you'll be able to change your booking up to 10 days before at no charge. After this time, we will only be able to make changes to your booking if we can resell your space before your booked date. We regret that no refunds can be given for cancellations made by you at any time. If we have to cancel your space for any reason we will get in touch with you about swapping your date or refunding you. If applicable - If we do not receive your food hygiene certificate at least 10 days before your pop-up date your booking will be cancelled and you will not be refunded. Your pop-up stall will go ahead in all weather.
