Santa Meet and Greet with Festive Woods
Please note: this is NOT our full grotto experience; it's a chance for a one-on-one Santa meet and greet.
Step into Santa's Grotto for a magical one-to-one visit with Father Christmas himself. Spend time with Santa in his cosy Lodge, share your Christmas wishes, and have your photo taken by one of our cheeky elves. After your visit, your photographs will be available to purchase in a range of festive keepsake gifts, including keyrings, snow globes and more – perfect for sharing the magic with family and friends.
As your Christmas adventure continues, stop by Santa's Toy Shop, where every child can choose their own small gift before heading off to explore our Festive Woods.
Everyone is welcome at our Santa meet and greets - including your four-legged family members! Dogs can meet Santa too and will receive a dog toy to take home as their Christmas gift.

This is not our Santa's Grotto Experience.
Photos can't be taken by yourselves in Santa's Lodge.
We have multiple Santas and can't guarantee which Santa you will see.
Our woodland walk may be difficult for wheelchairs & pushchairs. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear as our woodland walk is outside and will operate in all weathers. Pushchair parking is available.
There may be other Santa events going on across the store during your session time.

Changing your booking & cancellations: If you login or create an account during checkout, you'll be able to change your booking up to 12 hours before your visit at no charge. We regret that no refunds can be given for cancellations made by you at any time. If we cannot operate our experience for any reason, you will be given the option to change your tickets for another date. If our woods have to close for any reason but the event with Santa in our events chalet can still go ahead, you will not be entitled to a full or partial refund.
