We invite you to bring your beloved four-legged friend to meet Santa for a pawsome photo opportunity. Your pet will enjoy a special visit with Santa, receive a pet toy, and have their photo taken. To help create the perfect festive photo, we recommend keeping your furry companion on a lead while inside Santa's Lodge.

The photos taken with Santa will be available to purchase afterward in various gift formats, including keyrings and baubles – perfect for gifting to fellow animal lovers or hanging on your Christmas tree.

Your festive adventure doesn't end there! Included in your ticket is a stroll through our Festive Woods.

After your magical visit with Santa and a stroll through our Festive Woods, why not relax together in our dog-friendly restaurant? Warm up with a delicious hot drink while your four-legged companion enjoys a puppuccino. Our special dog menu, alongside our restaurant menu for humans, will be available to purchase, so everyone can enjoy a well-earned Christmas treat after their adventure.

Please note:

Your booking includes entry for up to two people and one pet. There is then a £3.50 charge for every additional person. Discount will be applied at checkout.

We have multiple Santas so cannot guarantee which one you will see on the day. Photos can't be taken yourselves in Santa's Lodge.

Our woodland walk may be difficult for wheelchairs & pushchairs. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear as our woodland walk is outside and will operate in all weathers. 

Changing your booking & cancellations: If you login or create an account during checkout, you'll be able to change your booking up to 12 hours before your visit at no charge. We regret that no refunds can be given for cancellations made by you at any time. If we cannot operate our experience for any reason, you will be given the option to change your tickets for another date. If our woods have to close for any reason but the event with Santa in our events chalet can still go ahead, you will not be entitled to a full or partial refund.
