Santa's Grotto with Reindeer Food Making and Post Office

Welcome to our ever-popular traditional group grotto experience for 2025! Here you will make reindeer food, write a letter to Santa, and see the big man himself in his lodge. This will be held in our beautiful purpose-built wooden events chalet by the woods.

On arrival check-in with our reception elf, and before you know it you'll be on your way to Santa's Kitchen to make some yummy reindeer food. Once one of Santa’s helpers has added a little magic to the reindeer food you are ready to take it home and sprinkle it out on Christmas Eve.

Then you will go through to Jingles Post Office and write letters to Santa. The letters will be delivered to Santa in time for your visit with him. An elf will shortly arrive to take you to Santa in his Lodge.

Here, Santa will talk with children and adults. Then family groups are invited up to see Santa and have a photo. The photos taken in Santa's Lodge will be available to purchase in various gift formats, such as keyrings and snowglobes!

Finally, children can choose a small gift from Santa's Toyshop. Lastly, you will explore our Festive Woods. Lit from above, our woodland looks spectacular with many twinkling lights and brilliant Instaworthy photo opportunities. From our festive lit light tunnel to our Christmas-themed photo cutouts for you to pose in. Children will be given an activity sheet to complete along the way.

Please note:

This is a group Santa experience with a maximum of 18 people per session. Sessions will include other families but your photo with Santa will be as a family group. Photos can't be taken yourselves in Santa's Lodge. We have two Santa's on one day so we can't guarantee which Santa you will see.

Our grotto uses products that may contain nuts and wheat. If you have any allergies, please let a member of our grotto team know when you arrive.

Our woodland walk may be difficult for wheelchairs & pushchairs. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear as our woodland walk is outside and will operate in all weathers. 

Dogs are not permitted within our group grotto experience -  (Be sure to check out our Santa Paws days!) 

There may be other Santa events going on across the store during your session time.

Changing your booking & cancellations: If you login or create an account during checkout you'll be able to change your booking up to 12 hours before your visit at no charge. We regret that no refunds can be given for cancellations made by you at any time. If we cannot operate our experience for any reason you will be given the option to change your tickets for another date. If our woods have to close for any reason but the event with Santa in our events chalet can still go ahead you will not be entitled to a full or partial refund.
